Drawing
Bought this cool little book today from Rise for £8. Its called 'The complete Atlas of Human anatomy and surgery'. Its really cool. I say that, because I like anatomy books and especially like to draw from them. I think human anatomy is really interesting. I also bought another book called, How to be an illustrator as I'm thinking of sending out postcards to art directors to try to get illustration spots in magazines etc.
Also if you didn't know, I'm having a solo show this year in Gloucester, not far from my hometown. At a cool location called Gloucester Guildhall. I used to go to gigs there, well a few times. I can't wait. Most of what I'm producing now will be put towards the show in October. If you are around then I definitely recommend checking it out, you won't be disappointed.
Also, I am volunteering at a local charity called Artshape, as someone I know introduced me to them. I work with a group with learning difficulties and tomorrow is our next class. Its really fun. The people are so nice.
I have a feeling that I need to get going in regards to work for the exhibition. I have alot of prints ready to be framed, so am not that worried. I can't think what to do tonight. Inspiration is a hard thing to come by sometimes.
Anyway, don't worry, I'll post more work soon.
Better get to work and do something productive.
